DAVE DEPENCIER

As the general manager of Depencier Builders Ltd., Dave’s goal is to achieve total satisfaction for each of his clients by maintaining a close one-to-one relationship with them, and addressing all of their questions and concerns.

Starting as a framer in the construction industry, he facilitates a hands-on approach to operating his own business, by personally supervising each step in the construction process.

In 2015, Dave was selected as the host of Cottage Life Network’s Reno My Reno, a realty show specializing in Dave and his team completing renovations projects started by cottage owners across Ontario. In the summer of 2017, Netflix picked up the show and started airing it across North America.

Dave blends his commitment to quality homes with his commitment to his community. He was recently named Co-Chair for the Foundation of Chatham-Kent Alliance’s $6.9 million Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Renewal Campaign.
